DuPont E&I Selling Compound Semiconductor Solutions Biz to SK Siltron

DuPont Electronics & Imaging (E&I) said it signed an agreement to sell its Compound Semiconductor Solutions (CSS) business to SK Siltron, a South Korea-based silicon wafer supplier to the semiconductor market.
